Notice the way that some of the upper case letters are followed by a lower case letter in the elements of the first part of the expression.
Use addition to get a total for the symbols that are adjacent rather than just running the numbers together.
Replacing the letters in the first part of the expression with the atomic weights from a Table of the Elements results in:
Ac - Actinium - 89 C - Carbon - 6 U - Uranium - 92 Se - Selenium - 34 --- 221
H - Hydrogen - 1 I - Iodine - 53 S - Sulfur - 16 --- 70
Si - Silocon - 14 C - Carbon - 6 K - Potassium - 19 Ne - Neon - 10 S - Sulfur - 16 S - Sulfur - 16 --- 81
221 + (70 - 81) = 210
Reversing that kind of process and replacing the numbers in the latter part of the expression results in:
84 - Polonium - Po 53 - Iodine - I 16 - Sulfur - S 8 - Oxygen - O 7 - Nitrogen - N
53 - Iodine - I 8 - Oxygen - O 7 - Nitrogen - N 16 - Sulfur - S
PoISON - IONS = Po - Polonium
